About Me

A Different Perspective

I’m Dave Foris, and I’m based in Milwaukee, WI in the United States.  My background was originally in psychology in which I received a bachelors degree, but the things I discovered in my own studies of non-mainstream personal change techniques totally changed the way I looked at the field.

While studying Psychology in 2003, I started learning a technique on my own called 3D Mind that I found to be hugely effective.  I was especially intrigued when as a simple undergraduate I was able to help several friends by curing a compulsive spending habit, a stage fright issue, and a fear of hospitals with upcoming major surgery, all in a matter of minutes each time.  These were things that, according to what I’d been taught in school, I shouldn’t be able to do, but they were, in fact, possible!  This inspired me.

After all, what if what making a personal change isn’t as impossible as everybody believes it is?  What if people don’t have to spend a lifetime “coping” with mental illness?  What if things like low self-esteem, doubt, anxiety, and stress could be overcome?  What if people no longer had to feel “stuck” in their lives? What if people could even overcome the little doubts and fears that hold them back from being the person that they want to be?

You’d have a lot more people leading happy, balanced, passionate lives, that’s what.  Wouldn’t a world like that be great?  I think so!

My passion is to discover ways to make things better.  My long-term goal is to bring the 3D Mind technique into mainstream psychology as a highly effective, proven technique for creating change and hopefully move the field away from a diagnosis-driven mental illness focus to a personal success orientation that helps people grow and enjoy life, not just “cope” with it.  I have a passion for helping people to become successful and expanding their personal horizons way beyond what they thought could ever be possible.

For the last 5 years, I have helped clients from all over the world overcome their personal limitations and achieve their goals using 3D Mind and coaching strategies.  Whatever kinds of personal changes you’re interested in making, have a look around my site and let me show you some things you’ll find fascinating.  You should start with what 3D Mind ™ is, if you haven’t already.
